Franklin India Life Stage FoFs to be Merged with Franklin India Dynamic Asset Allocation FoF

It is notified that, Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund has decided to merge its aforementioned funds: Franklin India Life Stage FoF 20s, Franklin India Life Stage FoF 30s, Franklin India Life Stage FoF 40s, Franklin India Life Stage FoF 50s Plus and Franklin India Life Stage FoF 50s Plus Floating Rate into Franklin India Dynamic Asset Allocation FoF, with effect from December 19, 2022. Pursuant to the merger of schemes, benchmark for surviving scheme would be CRISIL Hybrid 50+50 Moderate Index.
