Torrent Cables Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the hearing dated August 13, 2015, Honble High Court of Gujarat, vide its Oral Judgement, has sanctioned the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation of Torrent Cables Limited and Torrent Energy Limited with Torrent Power Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors under the provisions of Sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956.
A certified copy of the Order is awaited.
