Pursuant to Regulation 39 (3) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations
2015 Company had issued a duplicate share certificate to Smt. R. S. Lakshmi (after transmission of
shares) on account of request received for issue of Duplicate Share Certificate cum transmission of
shares.
