V R Films & Studios Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 28 2021 inter alia has declared Interim Dividend for FY 2020-21 i.e. Re. 1 /- per equity share i.e. 10% of Face Value.
The aforesaid interim dividend shall be paid to the eligible shareholders on or before February 18 2021.
