Dear Sir Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we wish to inform that the Company has subscribed/acquired 51% stake in Jaydev Granites a Partnership Firm incorporated on July 16 2026. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024 are given as Annexure A.
