Rollatainers Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on August 04, 2016, inter-alia, to consider the Sub division of Equity Share of the Company having a face value of Rs. 2/-each fully paid-up be sub-divided into 2 (two) Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 1/- each fully paid-up, subject to the consent of Shareholders and concerned Authorities, if any and alteration of Memorandum & Article of Association of Company to reflect the same and in line with the provisions of Companies Act, 2013.
