IT is hereby informed that the 40th Annual General Meeting of the company will be held on Wednesday 30th September 2026. In relation to it pursuant to Section 91 of Companies Act 2013 read with rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rule 2014 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation 2015 the Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed for a period of Seven days from Thursday 24th day September 2016 to Wednesday 30th day of September 2026 (Both days inclusive).
