We have received intimation under Regulation 29(2) of the Takeover Regulations from Mr. Bhupendra G. Sanghavi vide his letter dated 04.01.2020 (received by us on 10.01.2020) that he alongwith his family member (PAC) has sold 15 525 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of Amrit Corp. Limited representing 0.4831% by way of open-market sale.
