Premier Explosives Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company will be held on January 25, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Third quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2016.
Further, in this connection and in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Companys Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed, from January 18, 2017 to January 27, 2017 (both days inclusive), for all Directors and designated employees.
