Axis Mutual Fund has decided to change exit load under the following schemes with effect from October 29, 2021:

| Axis Equity Saver Fund | For units in excess of 10% of the investment,1% will be charged for redemption within 12 months. | For units in excess of 10% of the investment,1% will be charged for redemption within 1 month. |
| Axis Regular Saver Fund | For units in excess of 10% of the investment,1% will be charged for redemption within 12 months. | For units in excess of 10% of the investment,1% will be charged for redemption within 1 month. |
