With reference to earlier announcement dated August 03, 2013, Fresenius Kabi Oncology Ltd has now informed BSE that Honble Securities Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai (SAT), vide its order dated September 10, 2013, has allowed the appeal filled by the Company against order dated July 22, 2013 passed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to extent that the Company may go ahead with the delisting offer without the condition imposed by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regarding compliance with Regulation 17(b) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.
