We hereby inform that Mr. Mitesh Ajit Thakkar (DIN:06994888) has resigned as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Director of the Company with effect from 7th October 2026.The detailed disclosures required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11 2024 are enclosed as Annexure I. A copy of the resignation letter is enclosed as Annexure.
