Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and as per the terms of ?Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading? of the company the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will remain closed for Director, officers and designated persons from January 31, 2017 and end 48 hours after the results are made public on February 08, 2017.
