Paramount Printpackaging: Outcome of Board Meeting

In furtherance of our notice of Board Meeting dated 29th May 2017and pursuant to Regulation 30 & Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of Paramount Printpackaging Limited, in its meeting held today, approved the following:

1. On recommendation of the Audit Committee the Board of Directors has approved Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017 and Statement of Assets & Liabilities as on March 31, 2017 (Enclosed)

2. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI Regulations, Auditors Report for the Audited financial Results for the year ended 31st March 2017 along with Form B (Annexure-'B')
