This is further to our letter dated 27th May 2022 filed alongwith Annexure-V through which we had intimated about acquisition of M/s. BG Wind Power Limited.We are pleased to inform that the Company has completed the acquisition today i.e. on 6th April 2023 and has made payment of purchase consideration of Rs. 5 crore for acquisition of 2 20 50 000 equity shares of the face value of ? 10/- each constituting 100% of paid-up capital of M/s. BG Wind Power Limited. With the above said acquisition M/s. BG Wind Power Limited has become wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with immediate effect. It is mentioned here that the said acquisition will help in long term supply of wind power to the company.
