As you are aware that ANG industries Limited is undergoing corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under Insolvency and Bankruptcy code,2016 vide order dated 31st AugAugu,2017 passed by honble National company Law Tribunal, New Delhi. I am directed to inform you that the committee of creditors of ANG Industries Limited in 11th meeting of CoC held on 25 May,2018 has approved the resolution Plan for ANG Industries Limited subject to the final approval of Honable NCLT.
