With regard to the above subject pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in terms of Companys Code of Conduct the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st July 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June 2022. All the Directors KMPs Designated Persons connected persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period.
