With reference to the earlier letter dated November 02, 2016 intimating about meetings of Audit Committee and Board of Directors would be held on November 19, 2016 for consideration of Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2016.
Trinetra Cement Ltd has now informed BSE that due to unavoidable circumstances, the aforesaid meetings have been postponed until further notice and the Company shall intimate the dates of meetings as and when the same are fixed.
