We herewith write to inform you that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and BSE Circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-2020 dated 02nd April 2019 read with the Companys Code of Conduct for Internal Procedures and to regulate monitor and report trading by Insiders the trading window in respect of dealings in the equity shares of the company will remain closed for all the Directors Designated Persons & their relatives including all insiders and "the connected persons" with the company with effect from July 01 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results by the Company for the Quarter ended on June 30 2026.The Company shall disseminate the information with respect to the date of the Board Meeting to consider & approve the said Un-Audited Results at appropriate time.
