In pursuance of SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 and Insider trading code and code of practices/procedures for fair disclousre of unpublished price sensitive information and the trading window for dealing in securities of the company for all insiders i.e. Directors/officers/Designated persons/Promoters/Immediate relatives of designated persons covered under "Company Code of conduct for prevention of insider trading" will be closed with effect from 1.10.2026 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the half year ending 30.9.2026.The date of Board meeting for consideration of unaudited financial results for the half year ending 30th September 2026 shall be intimated seperately.
