Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III, of the Listing Regulations, we would like to inform that Management of the Company, at its Meeting held on August 14, 2018, has, inter-alia, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, has concluded the following:
As per provisions of Regulation 30 under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, the company is under the obligation to approve and submit its financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018 within 45 days from the end of the quarter i.e. by August 14, 2018.
The Company is currently under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process which has ended on 4th August 2018 and the NCLT has reserved the order for further process. So, the Company will require 30 days extension for submission of Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2018.
