With regard to the above subject pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in terms of Companys Code of Conduct the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 1st April 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2021.
All the Directors KMPs Designated Persons connected persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period.
