Linc Pen & Plastics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company have appointed Ms. Supriya Newar as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) of the Company w.e.f. March 31, 2015.
Further the Company has informed that, Ms. Supriya Newar will be formally proposed at the forth coming Annual General Meeting for appointment as an Independent Director.
