Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SBEI(LODR) 2015 and in continuation of our disclosure of even reference dated 04th September 2026 regarding the 41st AGM we hereby give advance notice that:1. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of ADS Diagnostics Limited("the company") shall remain closed from Wednesday 23rd September 2026 to Monday 28th September 2026(both days inclusive)2. The closure is for the purpose of the 41st AGM of the Company scheduled to be held on Tuesday 29th September 2026 through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means and for ascertaining entitlement of Members to the Final Dividend for FY 2025-26 if declared at the AGM.3. Tuesday 22nd September 2026 has been fixed as at the Cut- off Date for determining the eligibility of Members to cast their vote by remote e-voting/ e-voting of the AGM.
