This is to inform you that Corporate Insolvency Resolution Proceedings have been initiated in respect of our Company under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 as per the orders of Honble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench on 20.7.2017. A copy of the order is attached. Further, Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) has also been appointed by NCLT on 2.8.2017.
