Ref: Regulation 7(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations).
As required under the above referred regulations we certify as follows:
1. That the company as appointed CB Management Services (P) Limited as the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the company.
2. That the RTA is registered with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide Registration no. INR000003324 dated 19th June 2012 having permanent registration.
3. That all activities in relation to both physical and electronic share transfer facility are being duly maintained by the RTA.
