This is to inform you that, pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, the meeting of Board of Directors of Nutraplus India Limited will be held on 14th November 2018 to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for quarter and six months ended 30th September 2018.
Further in accordance with Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors, and designated personnel of the Company from 6th November 2018 till 48 hours (forty eight hours) after the date on which the unaudited financial results for the quarter and six months ended 30th September 2018; as approved by the Board are communicated to the Stock Exchange.
