In terms of Regulation 30 read with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 06.08.2026 the Board of directors habe approved the Book Closure dates in connection with the 39th AGM of the company from 23.09.2026 to 29.09.2026 (both days inclusive). Please find attached notice of Book closure pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and Section 91 of the Companies Act 2013.
