Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Ms. Priyanka Mundhra, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company, has tendered her resignation, due to personal reasons, which shall be effective from the close of business hours on 21st March, 2018.

Accordingly, Ms. Priyanka Mundhra shall cease to be the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company, w.e.f. the close of business hours on 21st March, 2018.
