Advanta Ltd has informed BSE that Honble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Advanta Limited (?Advanta? or ?Transferor Company?) and UPL Limited (?UPL? or ?Transferee Company?) and their respective Shareholders and Creditors (?Scheme?) on June 23, 2016.
The Company is awaiting the receipt of the certified copy of the order from the Honble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad. The Scheme will come into effect upon filling certified true copy of order with the Registrar of Companies at Ahmedabad.
