Regency Hospital Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2015.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the ?Trading Window? for trading of equity shares by Promoters, Directors end designated employees of the Company and all other persons covered under the code for Prevention of Insider Trading in securities of the company will remain closed from August 10, 2015 till August 15, 2015 (Both days inclusive).
