Products Ltd has informed BSE that due to some technical issues, the Board at its Meeting held on September 29, 2013 had not considered and approved the Audited Financial Result for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2013 and therefore It had been decided to adjourn and reconvene the Board Meeting on September 30, 2013 at the same place to consider and approve the Financial Results year ended March 31, 2013.
Now on September 30, 2013 the Board at its Meeting has approved the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2013.
Further the Board has not recommended any divided for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2013. (F.Y. 2012-13).
