Meglon Infra-Real (India): Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that pursuant to Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (including any statutory modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof for the time being in force) and in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons the Trading window for dealing in securities/shares of Meglon Infra-Real (India) Limited (the Company) will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company with effect from Sunday January 01 2023 until 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2022. In view of above all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal (buy or sell or pledge etc.) in Securities/Shares of Meglon Infra-Real (India) Limited during the said period
