Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board Meeting of the Company held on Monday 15th November 2021 inter alia have taken on record and approved the following businesses:
1. Approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended on September 30 2021 in accordance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015;
2. Approved the Limited Review Report by the Statutory Auditor of the Company for the half year ended on September 30 2021.
