Are the mutual fund expenses adjusted from the NAV?

Yes, all expenses are deducted from the NAV on a day to day basis. And, it is important for funds to deduct that expense on a day to day basis because many investors are coming in and going out of the fund everyday. Also, the NAV of the fund in India happens to be the price of the fund at which investors buy or sell the fund, so it is adjusted on a day to day basis from the NAV.
