We wish to inform that NCLT New Delhi vide its Order dated July 13 2023 has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation involving wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company. The Scheme shall come into effect upon completion of legal formalities including filing of certified true copy of the Order with the ROC NCT of Delhi & Haryana.
