We wish to inform you that on the recommendation of Resolution Applicant the Monitoring Committee of M/s ED & TECH International Limited (formerly M/s Visu International Limited) in its meeting held on 21.03.2025 has approved the Appointment of M/S. P Murali & Associates Chartered Accountants (Firms Registration No. 002080S) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold the office from the date of appointment until the conclusion of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company at such remuneration plus applicable taxes and out of pocket expenses as may be determined and recommended by the Audit Committee in consultation with the Auditors and duly approved by the Board of Directors of the Company.
