With reference to the letter dated April 13, 2015, Welspun Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the Honble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad, on April 22, 2015 approved the Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement between Welspun Enterprises Ltd, Welspun Infratech Limited, Welspun Plastics Private Limited, Welspun Infra Projects Private Limited and Welspun Projects Limited and their respective Shareholders and Creditors.
