Pursuant to various amendments made to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Board has approved the revised Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of trading by Designated Persons their Immediate Relatives and other insiders of Just Dial Limited (the Code of Conduct). The said code is being made available on the Companys website viz. www.justdial.com.
