Stampede Capital Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has fixed October 29, 2016 as the Record Date for the purpose of lssue of Bonus Differential Voting Right Equity Shares ('DVR Equity Shares) in the ratio of 1:4, i.e. 1 (One) Bonus DVR Equity share of Rs. 1 each for every 4 (Four) existing fully paid-up ordinary equity shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each of the Company.
