Glory Polyfilms Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 15, 2014, were to approve the Quarterly UnAudited Results for the quarter needed March 31, 2014. However, as Companys hard disk of the server crashed, the Company have lost the data and files in the hard disk of the working computers. Companys engineers are trying to retrieve the files and the data. The Company undertakes to prepare and submit the un-audited results along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors once the data is retrieved.
