Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Mumbai Bench passed an Order dated August 10 2021 duly received on August 16 2021 confirming dissolution of Klisma E-Services Private Limited (Klisma) an Associate Company of Persistent Systems Limited having its Registered Office at Bhageerath 402 Senapati Bapat Road Pune 411 016 with effect from the date of the said order. The Company had filed petition for liquidation of Klisma as a Financial Creditor.
Accordingly the intimation to the Registrar of Companies Pune Maharashtra has been given through form INC-28 dated August 18 2021 for giving effect to the above order. Additionally after the above Form INC-28 is approved necessary intimation will be given to all the Government Authorities with which Klisma was registered.
