The members of the Company have at the 69th AGM held today i.e. Saturday 26 September 2026 approved the payment of Commission of one per cent on the net profits of the Company for the financial year 2026 - 2027 (1 April 2026 - 31 March 2027) to Dr Sundarasamy Veluswamy (DIN: 05314999) Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company.
