Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we write to inform you that due to personal reasons Shri Dipankar Ganguly has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance officer. He has ceased to be the Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 1st June 2020.
