In terms of Regulation 32 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Company had raised funds through preferential issue of warrants and we hereby confirm that there is no deviation and variation in use of issue proceeds for the quarter ended June 30 2026.A statement of deviation stating that there is no deviation or variation in utilisation of these proceeds is enclosed herewith.
