This is to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time the Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company and as per the clarification issued by BSE vide its circular LIST/COMP/O1/2019-20 dated April 02 2019 regarding trading restriction the trading window shall remain closed from 3rd April 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of duly approved financial results for the quarter/ financial year ending on 31st March 2019 for the Directors/KMP and other Designated persons etc. covered under the Code.
