BEML LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/11/2020 inter alia to consider and approve the Un-audited financial Results for the second quarter ended 30.09.2020.
In view of above the trading window which was closed from 01.10.2020 as communicated vide our letter ref. CS/SE/Q-2/TW dt.29.09.2020 would remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of financial results i.e. upto 08.11.2020.
