Pls be informed that upon receipt of the certified copy of the order and its filing with the ROC the composite Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement has been made effective from August 3 2022. Further Friday August 19 2022 has been fixed as SORIL record date and Friday August 26 2022 as Yaari Record Date. In terms of the Scheme the Company stands merged with Yaari Digital Integrated Services Ltd and its equity shares will be delisted by the Exchanges as per applicable regulations. The public shareholders of the Company in lieu of their shareholding in the Company as on SORIL Record Date i.e. August 19 2022 will get shares of Yaari. Further Yaari shareholders as on Yaari Record Date i.e. August 26 2022 including the SORIL public shareholders on SORIL Record date shall also be entitled for fully paid-up equity share of Indiabulls Enterprises Limited which will also be submitted for listing at BSE and NSE.
