The Saraswati Commercial (India) Limited has inadvertently fixed 14th April, 2017 as the Record date for determining the list of the equity shareholders of Aroni Commercials Limited to whom the equity of the Saraswati Commercial (India) Limited will be issued as per terms of Scheme of Amalgamation of Aroni Commercials Limited with Saraswati Commercial (India) Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors. Therefore the Company withdraws the said record date. In due process company will fix new record date and the same will be communicated to the exchange.
