Exchange is hereby informed that MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company has issued "Letter of Confirmation" to the shareholders on 7th September 2023 in lieu of Duplicate Share Certificates under Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
